We make our wine at 10R Winery.
Our grapes are taken to the winery for crushing immediately after harvest.

The grapes are slowly crushed in a basket press. The grape juice then undergoes natural yeast fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Our first vintage slowly fermented for 13 months.

After two rackings to remove sediment, the wine is ready for bottling. The bottles are cleaned, pumped with argon gas, wine is poured, and bottles are immediately corked.

Finally, our wine is labeled and dipped in wax to cap.
