The vineyard is located in Izumisato, Chitose, Hokkaido. The location is slightly elevated and prone to harsh winters, windy springs, and rainy summers, all of which make viniculture challenging. We are constantly working to improve our methods to respond appropriately, however. We trust in nature and the natural process, and are excited to see how the vineyard evolves season by season and day by day.
