This wine is our first vintage, made from grapes harvested on October 23, 2022. It is a blend of Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc, and was slowly fermented naturally over one year completing in November 2023. The result is a pleasant aromatic white wine that embodies the essence of our vineyards.
The wine is best served without being too chilled to bring ou its aromas. It pairs well with pizza, white fish, vegetables, chicken and pork dishes.
The label was designed by my daugher,and reflects her interpretation of life in the vineyard, having spent a lot of time playing there.
